Distances:   18.5 km (limited to 100 runners R150-00 (R180-00 late                          entry)  (mountains, Jeep track, single track,)                                                                                                                                                      

                  11.5 km (12 years and upwards) R70-00 (R80-00 late)

                               (jeep track, some climbing)

                

                  5.5 km (fun run for all, prizes for U12 only) R50-00

                  Kiddies forest and field adventure trail  R20-00

                 (1- 1,5km kids &  Parents, self guided throughout the morning)
